Yesterday, I went in for a haircut and it's been about a year and a half since I cut it last. My ends were dead, and my hair was really long. I have always had long hair, but I wanted to try something new. I asked for a "LOB" a long Bob with long side bangs. The Stylist I got was Sierra. She was really sweet, and fun to talk to. We kept a conversation pretty much the whole time. My hair was wavy from being kept in a bun ALL day, so I couldn't really tell the exact cut once done. Although, I of course looked at it, and in between the time she started and the time she finished, she did keep asking if I wanted to go shorter. She was respectful of the length I asked for, However once I was able to straighten, and style my hair this morning, I noticed that what I was given was not what I asked for. A long Bob is shorter in the back and barely skims the shoulders coming to an "A frame" in the front. She gave me an even length all around with added layers in the back. I like the length, and I like the way she did my bangs. But I am disappointed in the haircut in total. I explained to hair that I was nervous about cutting my hair short, and she seemed very understanding. This is why. Sierra is REALLY sweet, considerate, and respectful. But, I don't think she truly knows how to do a "LOB" or "BOB". Requested style: "LOB" (LONG BOB)
