        Very informative and helpful with setting up devices for hearing aids. Nice clean office and nice atmosphere. Receptionist is friendly nice to talk to.

        I have been very happy with the provider, but trying to get a call back is almost impossible. When I call I press 0 or whatever other extension I need and I never get anyone. I leave a message and nobody ever calls me back.I don't even remember how I got through to make my appointment. I think my PCP sent them the referral.
