I had neck injections done here. Dr. Garcia & Dr. Murphy were very nice & professional. The staff was awesome from the receptionist to my recovery nurse. I definitely will schedule any further injections I may need at this facility. Thanks for the great care!

I had a procedure done in November of 2013. At the time of service I paid what I was told by the facility was my portion. I never heard anything else from them until one year later when I am scheduled to have another procedure done. They have trumped up a $700 bill that they say I now owe before I can have the procedure done that I need now. They cannot answer why I now owe this when I paid what they told me to and also cannot answer why I have not been previously notified. The medical staff was excellent but their accounting staff is absolutely horrible.

I wish I could give this place five stars because ALL of the pre-op treatment was wonderful. The anesthesiologist was so kind and caring and tried his hardest to make sure I would have no nausea after. The nurse that inserted my IV was completely understanding, and the nurse that was present during the operation was very sweet. Everyone that came by my bed in the pre-op made sure to say hi & were informed about my case.  I CAN'T give this place five stars because on the two occasions I went and had procedures done, afterwards in the recovery room was horrible. If the recovery room nurses have any bedside manner, they do not show it. My first visit to the recovery room, I was continually griped at because I had forgotten my fracture walker at home...she did this while I was shaking and after I was retching. I asked why I was shaking, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know. All people have different reactions". I guess that's a better answer than asking a fellow nurse or one of the doctors on the floor. My most recent experience in there involved a nurse I had to point my extreme pain out to twice in order to get anything done about it. My IV was in a very painful spot, and even after I asked her to go slow, she counted to three and ripped it off. A nurse who I'll call D called me afterwards to ask how I was doing and asked how my experience was, I told her all this, and her excuse was "Well, the standard time to me in recovery is 45 min to 1 hour. You were there past an hour." Why even ask about my experience there, then? I guess you really need to time your recovery properly (you know, since you can control that type of thing) if you want good care. Both nurses got me out of the door as fast as they could on both occasions & seemed as detached as they could be from my situation. I told all of this to the nurse who called to ask about me, but she sounded like she thought her excuse was good enough so I'm unfortunately confident that no one will even be reprimanded.
