Refrigeration express was hired by my home warranty to replace a tankless water heater. The water heater never worked because they did not install the venting which was required by code nor the condensation drain for it to work properly. A tankless water heater must be vented in accordance with the section Venting of Equipment" of the latest edition of the National Fuel Gas Code: ANSI Z223. 1/NFPA 54 in the United States. My tankless water heater was NOT installed to code and Never worked. I had to get an experienced person to come and correct these problems because refrigeration express had no idea as to what to do and came one time and not again to fix the problem. I would not recommend this company for any tankless water heater needs. It cost me 1,500 for these repairs that I was not reimbursed for. I tried to get information on their bonding insurance but they did not respond. I would never hire them again. They do not stand behind their installations.
