Dont try to live here if you have any thing bad from your past like misdemeanors from 30 years ago .. Thes people are wack. They judge you from miatakes tou made when we all make them.. Its just a damn apartment ..No wonder they only have 3 stars.. I have a business and its always 4 1/2

I want to highly recommend the CANTERA departments!! Especially to its staff who so kindly serve their residents, very professional, as well as the maintenance staff. 100% recommendable!!! But above all to its General Manager, Claudia and its general assistants, Brenda and Magali.

If you're looking to rent here there is an asbestos and led paint warning you have to sign in your lease this information is conveniently left out when inquiring about the apartment. As well if you put down a deposit be prepared to lose it, we were advised if we did not move into the apartment it would be returned, Spoke with the assistant manager and was told because the apartment was held "for a set amount of time" (but could not give an actual time frame) the deposit would not be returned. Then she said since the application was approved the deposit could not be returned, and finally she said it was on the application (turned in paper applications so I cannot confirm) hope this helps anyone apartment hunting (:

I've lived here for the last 5 years without incident. The office staff is great and if something needs to be repaired or replaced, maintenance is quick to fix it.

I would like to commend Ms Brenda Ramirez and Ms. Magali Tellez for the outstandind work they do, when ever there is an issue with my aptmt. by the time i come home it is resolved. They are very Pro Actice, real good attitude and great service. Thank You Raul Zubia Apt #1
