Dunkin'

Why is this place so slow and the people rude. I mean the rude part is just El Paso in general. This city is terrible and it shows through the customer service.

Do not come to this Dunkin if you want your food quickly. I have put in orders here ahead of time and arrive only to have to wait 30+ minutes for my food. Today I put my order in at 7:41AM for 2 drinks, a breakfast sandwich, and 3 wake up wraps, which isnt a terribly crazy order. I finally walked out of the store with my order at 8:25AM. And on top of it, the order was WRONG! I saw wraps and assumed I got the right ones. Nope. They are very disorganized and from what I have observed, often the employees will prioritize orders based on walk in orders, delivery orders, and drive thru orders, which means anybody who orders ahead for take out ends up waiting longer because their order isnt prioritized. Basically, they dont make the orders in the order that they all come through. The employees also are not super friendly and a lot of them seem tired and out of it. I said recently to my husband They all seem to hate life. All that to say, Im a loyal Dunkin fan all the way, but this location is the worst Ive ever been to. (And Ive been to several including overseas) Maybe they need new employees or better management or more training, but please do something to improve the quality of service. FYI: If for some reason something goes wrong, call Dunkin customer service. Quick and pleasant experience with them thankfully. They are good and quick about refunds if you have a rewards account.

My family wanted donuts so I decided to visit this location since dunking donuts are our family favorite donuts. When I got to the store from a distance the donuts look good so we order 12 donuts. The donuts were not fresh. It had a texture if the donuts were made about 4 days ago. Go on your own risk. I had to throw my donuts to the trash. I will not return to this location again.
