Founded in 1995, ProAction Emergency Services Institute is the region's leading pre-hospital EMS education provider. The group provides a wide array of EMS-related courses including EMT-Basic, Advanced EMT, American Heart Association courses including BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and the entire catalog of Heartsaver CPR courses.

ProAction provides EMS & first aid medical support to special events at venues throughout El Paso, Las Cruces, and neighboring communities. Our supporters & partners include the UTEP, City of El Paso, Fort Bliss, Chamizal National Memorial - National Park Service, County of El Paso, El Paso Chihuahuas, El Paso Live, ASM Global, El Paso Sports Commission, Socorro Independent School District and dozens of others.

ProAction is certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services and New Mexico Department of Health as an EMS First Responder Organization. Our medics are highly trained in pre-hospital care specializing in event medical support.
