Viva Capital Funding

I have been with viva over 5 years and it was ok working with them . These last few years have been nothing but arguing with them because they changed the way I would send them invoices. I would fill out the memorandum make my own invoices scan all paperwork and send it in to viva then I would pick up my check. They changed the portal and I was still doing all the work . Then they changed the portal again and gave me different passwords and I couldn't get into the portal . Well I sent them 10 invoices and David charged me $110 dollars just to put them in with should be their job. He sent me an email saying it takes less than a minute to upload. So 10 invoices is around 10 minutes and he charged me $110. When I started with viva there was always fees that they weren't suppose to be charging so I had to be calling them all the time to fix that. If anyone knows of a better factoring company let me know.
