I had a wonderful experience with Karels. Im across the state and wanted to send some flowers to a friends funeral service. The staff was extremely helpful. They made sure to send me a picture of the bouquet and my note after delivery. I was grateful for their service. Thank you!

Absolutely awful experience, with these masters of the bait & switch, as well as not providing everything that was ordered. I ordered the 'Chanel Bag Bouquet' for Valentines Day, and while I didn't expect an actual Chanel Bag, I DID expect what was pictured. It was clearly a black bag with chains on it, and instead I get a white box. I also ordered chocolates and balloons, and got none of that. I called them and complained, and they said they would look up my order, and give me a refund, but they would have to call me back. I never got called back. I never got a refund. These people are scammers. They don't deliver what you paid for, and they falsely advertise. Absolutely never give them your money. Oh, and when I called, the person said we can't actually give you a Chanel Bag, those cost thousands of dollars, as if that's an excuse for giving me a white box. Terrible company. I want my refund!
