        Horrible service. My husband and daughter ordered a thelux flower arrangement for my birthday. It was very sad to see my daughter sad face when she resibe the flowers. They brought a flower arrangement that she didn't order it. Was the Horrible looking flower arrangement made it with 6 mini ship roses over powering with ded greenery and a flat happy birthday ballon. Definitely, this bouque is not what my daughter and my husband paid for it. We are very unhappy customers we will not Recommend this place And we will never order flowers from Carter's flowers shop. Definitely, they ruin my birthday

        On one of the MOST IMPORTANT order of flowers I ever had to make for my mother's funeral service, my order was passed on to someone else to make and it was made ALL wrong and last minute attempt to fix was very much done with frustration and still wrong... I had paid for the biggest but got the thinner and smallest size they offered. With no energy, nor care to argue.. I have pics I should post... but SADLY, I just would NOT recommend to others.
