        These guys park forklifts right where drivers need to pivot for a backing maneuver into the dock. They drag the brand new forklifts out with a chain instead of using a battery box to move them. This is horrible on the new units! Add to that; they sit in the back of your trailer talking and not working. Way to keep it classy Medley. Im sure your corporate office is proud of your image as lazy and unprofessional citizens with a total disregard for anothers time. Hopefully a review of my personal dealings with your location in El Paso will trigger a host of interest. My wish is that a potential customer will see this review and avoid your services altogether. I will be following up with Hyster-Yale on your behalf about this incident. Your welcome.

        Takes too long to unload, we are at our last drop here they are suppose to unload only whats left of the freight and its taking 2 + hours already still not done... Just a reminder it aint even a whole load... Wow EDIT: 3+ HRS still not empty.

        ***updated review*** I previously posted a negative 1* review of the the company due to the invoice and charges received as I didnt feel like they were well explained. However, today Juan reached out to me and very patiently and kindly worked to resolve the billing issues. He refunded the charges that I felt were unjust without question or hesitation, eager to make the situation right. He has completely restored my faith that this is the company to use for heavy equipment needs. I am thoroughly impressed they took the time to contact us and make this right. These are good people and a great business. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them. Thank you for reading my review!
