Make sure to call in to cancel for any hair services a week on time to be safe if not you will be hit with a $50 cancellation fee. I was not advised of this, and on top of that I was supposed to call back to get a week appointment because apparently the weekends are for the regulars. If I was quoted $230 for highlights, I didnt need to hear why a week appointment would work better for the hairstylist because of regulars over me as a new customer. And made it seem like me going on a weekend seemed like an inconvenience to her. I had no idea of a cancelation fee and I did call in to cancel that same day unfortunately I had to go to work.I will say this place does put more favor to regulars than new customers. If anything go with Mel she is and will always be amazing. I cant think of the name of the other hairstylist that was rude to me. Got my hair done elsewhere at a better price elsewhere and excellent customer service thank God things happen for a reason.

Walked in and waited for over 30 min was not attended another lady walked in and she was attended seemed she was a regular customer I was not told how long it would be or that they were waiting for an appointment very Bad customer service for new customers
