I placed an order online today (4-2-24) at 6:05pm and the total came to $27.01 and after I pick up my order and get home I notice the receipt says $32.41 Door dash tendered and the order was not for door dash it was for me and even though the manager was nice about everything and I understand it's not his fault he said that corporate might charge differently from in store. He read me the prices in store and I read him the prices I was charged online. The best he said he could do was give me credit for next time and that he'd tell corporate about this. Pretty foolish of the charge to put door dash when this wasn't even an order for that and not even be able to give me credit back on my card. Guess I won't be going back to cupbop at all.
