There was a storm my tankless water heater was broken, my tenant was unhappy, this made me unhappy. Southwest Industrial Works were honest, ethical and straightforward. They worked with me and reassured my tenant of the process. Troubleshooted with the manufacturer, ordered parts and got it done and up and running. If at all there was a delay but that was due to the manufacturer and ME, they brainstormed possible solutions, which I chose to stay the course. Otherwise, their solution would have saved a little time. My suggestion, listen to the experts, we call them and pay them they know what theyre doing and make things right & HONEST!!! Thank you, Eddie and Paul!! Paul even came in on a SATURDAY!
