Worse company I have ever seen in my life. How they keep afloat is beyond me. I have sent emails and called til I am blue in the face and they do not call back. Honestly, they don't care if they sell a darn thing. I am embarrassed by them as they call themselves "a woman owned company". You are a disgrace

Called on several occasions to get advice on materials. Thought maybe if i spike to domeone eles at the location i would have better luck. Spoke with 3 different people. 1st time i was told I need to know what to order before calling. 2nd time I was told they don't sell square tubing. 3rd time was told they do estimates but do not give recommendations. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Would rather drive 50 miles to east side instead of giving my business to this place.

My name is Hector Valdillez and I came into area iron and steel today January 21st 2022 to purchase a few items that I will be using for a project. I was initially helped out and my order was even over looked at by the owner which failed to see there was something wrong with the order and when I got charged and took my receipt to the docking area I was returned to the front where the front helped me out and I was given an additional charge because they can't seem to do their job correctly. I really think the owner needs to get a better software system, some new glasses, and maybe better training for himself and his employees.
