I called Appleton Moving Company a week before our in-town business move. We moved our warehouse of 10k pieces of merchandise to a new location. They were amazing. They were able to move some really hard to move shelving. The team was on-time and super professional. Thank you!

DAMAGE CLAIMS PROCESS IS A HORRIBLE DISASTER! If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. This was a required military move where this company was sub-contracted along with some other company called Hope Administrative Services. I would not have chosen EITHER OF them and had no choice in who the military decided I am dealing with. The Hope Administrative Services damage claims process is an absolute disaster! If you use this Appleton moving company, any damage claims will be sent to Hope Administrative Services and they reduce as low as possible or outright deny all claims. They'll give you the run around while being patronizing at the same time downright refusing to answer specific direct questions. If you decide to/or are forced to use this company and theres damage of any sort, save yourself the heartache and invest immediately in an attorney. This company will literally run you in circles, purposely cause confusion, misrepresent and twist whatever you tell them to deny and/reduce claims, nothing that you provide as proof will be accepted. Basically they make it look like they're going through the legal motions so they can find every reason to get out of paying for damages or reducing it to an insulting amount for damages that doesn't actually even come close to covering the damages. Be prepared to hire an attorney going into any business with either of them.
