Horrible customer service, the lady or guy whatever she wants to call herself is so confrontational. They act like they are doing you a favor when you are the one paying for the service. Should have known they had a bad reputation after their multiple incidents with other clients. Go somewhere else where they care about your pet and customer service.

My mother dropped off our dog at 9 and was told hed be ready by 12. Called at 12 and was told he was not ready but could be ready in one hour if she paid $20 extra. We declined and told her we wanted to pick him up due to prior engagements but was told wed have to pay $38 dollars even though service was not completed. We ended up getting our dog back at 4, he seemed stressed and was extremely thirsty. Seven hours there is completely unacceptable without prior notice. Will never take our dog back here.

Awful place. I called at around 9 on a Saturday asking if they accepted walk-ins, and was told that they did. I gave the breed of my dog, and his size and asked for a price estimate, and they said $49+tax. My husband dropped our dog off at around 9:15. We had to call several times asking what time he would be ready. First, it was at 2, then at 3, then the last time was a little after 4. We had plans at 5, and surely thought that dropping our dog off before 10am would ensure that he would be ready prior to us having to head out. We went to get him, and all he had gotten done was a bath. It is absolutely ridiculous that our dog was there for close to 7 hours and was no where near being ready. And on top of that, having to be locked in a crate or a stressful environment for that amount of time. They do not have their prices listed, and still insisted on charging $40 on top of the awful customer service and lack of respect for customers time. They were super rude and absolutely did not care about customer service. Avoid this place.

My old man looks great! Thank you Crazzy dog grooming for great service and attention to my very old 13 year old son. He smells and looks amazing. I look at reviews but still I choose to see for myself. Great customer service! His day at the spa was amazing because my old man is literally running and barking outside in this cold weather. If he had a terrible experience, like humans, he would have been traumatized and its the opposite. Gave him spirit! Thank you again!
