        Lazy, disrespectful, obnoxious people. Im waiting for assistance in the fish department and when I see they don't want to help me I ask for assistance and what does the girl in the register say with a big smirk on her face. Sorry we just stopped selling fish 3 minutes ago. It's 6:33PM they close until 7PM. What can you expect when you have management that will lie to cover there employees just to close early.

        The grooming department 5 went to 1 chocolate, was smelling good, and her nails were very well done. Thanks so much for taking care of my baby,Stylist Victoria, and the whole grooming staff. Not to mention, she also got a new bed. Highly recommend this location for your pets needs. OK, star's 5 went to 1 star on the grooming department. Progress report on chocolate: My dog loves taking a bath since 4 months old and always enjoys getting her ears cleaned out. Progress report from the grooming staff was totally not my dog, and I know this for a fact . She's been scratching since the visit, and her coat is very dry, and her ears I just noticed this morning were dirty I have pictures of the dirt I removed from her ears and I'm not a happy person about her service. Over 55.00 dollars for that grooming. NOWAY I will be visiting Pet Smart in the morning. Her bed is They did an excellent job on her nails, and that's a plus, I guess
