What a shame that there are still people who think someone working a managerial position in fast food can't afford a decent place to live. Most, if not all places ask that you make three times the monthly rent which I am well aware of before showing interest in a rental. There is no need for someone to make me second guess myself and my husband's salary (which was well over $500 needed, net pay) We decided to stay on the market to purchase a home instead of pursuing a new rental, but the experience with Mr. Wiggins was horrible.
