        I sent them the file with the sign already to scale (with the actual size we want). I described the details and measurements also in the email message and indicated the dimensions in cm (centimeters). A lady by the name of Gloria came to take measurements saying that the dimensions were "too big", I told her that the dimensions were given in centimeters and the file should give them the right dimensions and she said that they only work with inches... What??? Are you kidding me? What are you guys doing in this business if you do not understand about measuring units?

        Horrible customer service from the lady that answers the phone! Twice I tried to get a quote and she gave attitude and sounded bothered! Will not be using this place.
