I took the 14 week course, and then I got a chance to witness one of their workshops within a management team; they were both great. They are in depth, creative experiences to connect with your team (they can tailor programs according to your needs), understand your weaknesses, communicate better and grow towards your goals. Since I was a child, I always loved the idea of talking in public, but the reality was that I didn't have the necessary skills to do it effectively. Level up coaching its an awesome and very good experience if you are searching for strong foundational skills, such as leadership, effective communication, teamwork, among others. In my own experience the course provided me several tools that in my current job I have already put into practice for current negotiations/projects with my direct supervisors, suppliers and customers. And very important, the Level up team was always willing to support me in my personal development.
