Vista Hills Animal Hospital

My first visit to Vista Hills, there were recommended to us by a friend. The Dr and tech were very friendly and took their time with us and were patient and kind with my very shy pup. We were able to make an appointment online which was very convenient. We will be returning here for future vet care needs.

Every time I come, they take amazing care of my dogs and their health! As well as answering any questions I have, employees are great and very helpful.

I have been taking my dog to this hospital since 2022. I wanted to have him established in a clinic in order to have them know my dog and his history and be able to treat him in case of an emergency. On 3/18/24, I took my dog to get vaccines. Around 1:45 a.m., 3/19/24 he began to have diarrhea and around 4 he began to tremble, so we headed to the VH Hospital around 6:30 to be there when they opened at 7 a.m. I was shocked at the way the receptionist responded to me asking if someone could check my dog. Her reply was, "nobody is here, we can't see him, there are other hospitals in the area." They open at 7 a.m., so there had to be technicians there but instead of saying, "let me see who can check your dog," she turned us away. You'd think that they'd be concerned about the liability being that they are the ones that gave my dog the vaccines. I left and drove around looking for a place that was open, I found East El Paso Animal Hospital on Wedgewood, they were super friendly, professional and took us in immediately. Dr. Dominguez was great with my dog. He checked him, treated him and thanks to that hospital, my little dog is recovering. I will now continue to take my dog to East El Paso Animal Hospital and I highly recommend them.

There is no other place Id trust with my fur babies! They are so attentive and answer all my questions. They have been so loving and patient with all three of my dogs!
