        Wait time is ridiculous. Waited close to an hour just to be seen. Had to stand for half or it because of lack of seating

        If i could do negative stars to bring down their score i would trust me. This place is a scam. Ive had to come to them twice for images and nope. Its a scam. and its a scam because Im pretty sure the owner is pocketing money. Keep in mind that employees who have attended to me both times have been nothing but sweet compassionate and patient regarding my abilities but Rafael Rodriguez? The owner???? Oh man. He is the most rudest and disrespectful. I would even consider calling theme and patients those two times i went to this disgraceful company inhumane. Im pretty sure theyre pocketing money from all the insurances, people, and Im even gonna say it. Their employees. This second time I went for an MRI at one of their locations and the place was so SKETCHY i felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. The location hasnt even been completely furnished and the man himself Rafael Rodriguez expects his employees and other patients to be treated in an unfinished, scaffolded, clinic???? how dangerous. How embarrassing. Update 08.09.23: thats okay. I know for sure that these clinics are not up to code.

        Excellent customer service, needed to get lab work done at home. She was done in 15 mins and Im very hard to stick. I highly recommend using them.

      Hello Ms Dianna T. I’m sorry for your experience. After Doing a search on our system. You have not been a patient at D rad at all or so for MRI or so what’s you claim. We have not done a MRI under your name. We have come to a conclusion this is a false statement. Especially the claim we be stealing from our employees. And the owner is not Rafael, So if you have any concerns or questions please call the office to discuss this with the manager Joanna. And we apologize you had a bad experience but it wasn’t with Drad as so where ever you did your MRI I apologize for them treating you bad because at Drad imaging we treat you with compassion and priority D rad we strive for customer service and compassion to our patients no matter each situation.This will be passed to authorities for investigation.
