Became acquainted with owners over 20 years ago when they replaced our roof on a 4,000 sq. ft. house in 2 days while doing an excellent job. Our insurance company recommended them. Since then we have downsized to a townhome community. Lifetime replaced the roofs in our 213 unit community in 3 weeks. This short time frame was appreciated as it did not disrupt the community for very long. Since then Lifetime has been our "go-to" company for repairs by our management company. They do an excellent job for all our repairs as they are a bonded, insured contractor. They have stained our fences; repaired our gutters or replaced where necessary; installed damaged siding, etc. The owners, Tommy and Cathy Vieth, are a wonderful Christian family who can be trusted to complete any job they are involved in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company. After heavy winds had knocked some shingles off our roof, I contacted Lifetime Roofing. Lucky for me, they were able to get our roof repaired the same day. Adolfo was very nice, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Priscilla was also very nice and extremely helpful in getting our house scheduled quickly (there was rain in the near forecast), along with passing along all the information I needed. Some guys from Lifetime Roofing came to the door, knew our construction managers name(from a different company), and initially said our roofer sent them over to see where we were in the process. They asked for the date of our inspection. When I asked why, they back-tracked and said something about giving a second opinion. This was brought up in a neighborhood meeting. Multiple houses were contacted by Lifetime, and they show up at the inspection to give a second opinion. We sent them away, but to be a company that contacts someone elses customers, using a managers name, and trying to get information! I felt it was one reason that roofers get a bad name. You dont try to take a competitors client AFTER they do all the work! I wouldnt trust them if thats how they do business.
