7-Eleven has gone down the drain and it does not start with just this place its most of them this is my wifes profile but I am her husband posting in hers at the moment. I have worked for 7-Eleven for 4.5 years both on a franchise and corporate level. Mr David the gentleman that is currently working at the moment has turned me away for wanting to load $5 onto my cash app via my phone that clearly states that all 7-eleven stores participate in this and he has told me that they dont load cash app. Its one thing if you dont know what your doing but another when you seem to be the only 7-eleven that does not load money on cash app. What makes you so special? Starting to lose faith in 7-Eleven and how its customer service focus has extremely diminished over the course of 3-5years. But dont rely on cooperate to do anything about it.

Then manager there is a rude, along with staff I've encountered. Walk up and just get stared at and then in the middle of my transaction, the lady walked away and started talking with the manager who then got mad when I asked if I could finish with my transaction. Rude and unprofessional

I frequent this location often. Its 7/11, not the Ritz. Buy a pack of smokes, candy bar, and a breath mint. Whats there to complain about?
