        My wife and I went in looking for a dress for her. We walked around for twenty minutes without anyone speaking to us. One lady asked if we were ok and kept walking. After she found one she liked we hunted down someone to check us out. Very disappointed at the lack of care. This why department stores are struggling. It's not online shopping it's the complete lack of customer service.
