Budget Truck Rental

Rented a budget truck from this location and it died 2 miles after picking it up in the middle of a busy highway. Location was very unhelpful and said all we could do was wait 2 hours for roadside assistance to see if it could be fixed and they werent sure where another truck would come from. Didnt offer to come swap it out or be the one to wait since it was LITERALLY just picked up. Trying to move with a newborn is hard already but this situation did not help. I do not recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called to get a truck, got confirmation of said truck via email and went to pick up and they said they did not have it available... left without a truck and was charged $75 3 days later. When I called to inquire the charge, the lady couldn't even find my reservation even with the confirmation number from the email!! Waited on hold, was told to call the Fort Worth location directly and then was rerouted to an automated system again... what a JOKE of a company.

Wow sitting in front of this place at 1:30 with a 2 pm reservation and they are closed. Says they close at 3.

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it because all they did was waste my time and energy. I did the online rental on a Wednesday and it said they had a cargo van in stock. I needed this specific vehicle for various reasons. I called Thursday to verify confirmation. Lady mumbled and put me on hold. 20 minutes later, phone finally picked up but immediately hung up. Went online to confirm and was able to do so in a few minutes. Huge relief right? So I get to the store 30 minutes before my pickup time on Friday, but no one was in the lobby for 10 minutes. She finally comes in and mumbles something about insurance. Apparently they don't cover you, and if you want to use your own you have to call your insurance provider... so better make sure you do this during business hours! After I asked her how much their insurance would be she said they didn't have a cargo van and the next smallest thing was a 16' box truck. Ngl, I was livid but I'm not one to yell at workers, so I confirmed my reservation with her and she just repeated they didn't have it like 3 times.... with a very big attitude. Needless to say I walked out without signing anything. 2 days later they charged my card. When given the confirmation number on the phone, they couldn't find any info on the reservation! So that was literally no help. I just disputed the charges with my CC company. Hopefully that will work. I got the proper reservation for a Uhaul for the next morning and everything went seamlessly. Never ever using this company again.
