Go elsewhere preferably to a big branch bank who you can call 24/7 and not just when the branch is open. My card is constantly getting declined even tho I have the money in the account. It send me a fraud alert via text to verify, after verified, it still declined. What's the point of having to verify if you still decline? This have happened to me numerous times. It's time for my husband and I to take our money to a real bank. At least with a real bank you can call and speak with someone after the branch closes for the day, this is ridiculous

Just opened an account here. The staff are very helpful and informative. Rebecca Houke was very sweet and patient with all my questions. I have NO doubt I will be banking with them for a LONG time.
