This is a small shop. I would suggest bobtailing in to get service on a truck done. The staff was great. Very dedicated mechanics to get trucks serviced or repaired ASAP. Been to several Penske shops in the past few years. I will give these mechanics a big Best committed crew I've seen yet. Thanks also for the air condition repairs to my truck. Will have you all on my thoughts this whole hot summer.

Donovan Duvernay displays horrible customer service skills, he is rude, inconsiderate, doesn't have any professionalism, outside of him the other team members are well trained and have great since of how a business should be ran, if you go there and Donavan is there I'd save my lonand turn around. I will be escalating this matter to the highest management until I get a suitable resolution

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a company. Ever person you talk to is a "manager" they've taken over 2000 dollars in "rental fees" in less then 8 days. One "manager" will tell us we are good until our next due date. And get a phone call the next day for behind payment. Never told about the app and it's charges until 3 weeks in. After we called the actual district manager in HOUSTON who broke it down for us. After being charged 1000 dollars to get a semi that wasn't what we had been told would be available. After FIVE different trucks and almost 8 hours. We were set and have had issues every. Single. Day. Each time we call this office. It's a different manager. And none of them know what's going on. Especially Ms. Rachel. Who will never send a call higher to some one who could figure out why they're having so many issues. This location is the absolute worst. Professional drivers stay so far away from this location it isn't even funny.

If I could give zero starts I would, truck was dirty, smelled like smoke, and ever since September 2023 I have been waiting for a refund that the location still has not given back and when you call to inquire about it every time a manager is in a meet. Would not suggest using Penske garland use another truck service.
