        Excellent maintenance staff (interior and exterior), spacious living, fun events, well-managed by a professional and friendly super-duo (Mrs. Jessica & Ms. Kat), wholesome environment, and so much more...plenty of events and activities, serene, contemporary facilities/amenities, and great location. It's worthy of all the stars! Such a blessing!

        Beautiful senior community in Grand Prairie! I have not toured any apartments that have an indoor heated pool! The staff is very nice.

        I would like to, give the manager and her employees at the retreat a five star rating because they do a fantastic job for us every day, and they keep this place running very smooth and well.

        I lived here for 1 Year and during the entire Year. I paid my Rent on time and I kept my place very clean even when moving out . I left the place spotless . I have called several times in requesting my Deposit back it has been almost 2 months still have not received my deposit back.
