        Opened an account on line last Saturday they said I would receive my card in 5-7 business days. I got a notification to call in on Wednesday. They verified all my information and told me to call back and they would open my account back up to access it. Got my card on Friday and followed all their steps and only told me after that my account had been closed. They stole my DL, Social Security, open an account under false statements made by customer service and the fraud department . Now they have all my details and no account through no fault of my own .I was scammed .

        We scheduled an appointment a week earlier. We took off our works. Arrived on time and we waited and waited... no one showed up. NO RESPECT!!!!!!!! if this is how you value your customers...what a shame!!!!!!

        There is only 1 ATM outside and it is not functioning more than half the time. Today 9-3-23 they did not have a single working ATM. Absolutely ridiculous... so fed up with this location
