        TRUSTWORTHY! I was initially upset because I didnt have my ID for my company card. I had to go back home to get my ID to rent the car. To say I was PISSED was an understatement lol! But I am so HAPPY he did that! He made sure the rental was LEGIT! And because of that, he will ALWAYS have my business! Didnt realize he was the owner! And he maintained his professionalism the whole way through and I RESPECT him for that. You good with me sir!

        Terrible experience. Associate did not have my reservation as promised even though I confirmed before I went to the store. Associate used profanity, brought her daughter to work, and was very unprofessional. She wouldnt provide her name but I will report to corporate for the horrible experience.
