        Today, as I walked in, I saw a rude customer giving attitude to the cashier on getting a return back to her card. However, the cashier was super professional, calm and collective towards the rude customer. when it was time for me to go up she was very warm and greeting. Also when I was in the fitting room I was having a hard time finding a pair of jeans, the girl who was in charge of the fitting room today she helped me find my perfect jeans. Those girls both deserve recognition and I was very happy and thrilled with my whole experience at American Eagle. Thank you girls, and I hope corporate can give you the recognition you deserve.

        You just lost a customer. I called customer service to reset my rewards. They said they couldnt because its been passed 90 days. Thats not fair. I was spending hundreds of dollars a year at this store since it was one of my favorites. If I get to get my rewards back I will delete this post.
