UPDATE: It took over 3 weeks, but I did get my credit. Although the billing was a challenge, the service was impeccable! I hope to continue using their service! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the dentist is great and the hygienist was also very good at cleaning. My issue is you can not reach the office via phone. I have been charged more than 5x what I should be paying with my insurance. I spoke to the billing person while at a follow-up visit who assured me they would refund my charges. It has been 10 days and no refund. I have called and called. My insurance has also called. Left voicemail with no follow-up. It is very disappointing to find a good dentist with what seems expert skills to only be be bogged down with bill issues. Very concerning.

Everybody treated me very well. Especially the Office Manager ANDI. She was very helpful and worked with me explaining the ways I could pay for my new dentures I expect to get soon. Thank you!
