The Grand Prairie location was the worst patient experience I have ever had. They leave patient information in the open for other patients to see which is a major HIPPA VIOLATION. They also discuss pt personal information in front of other people which is another VIOLATION. I was there for 2 hours today and got nothing done at all other than xrays which took no time at all. No use complaining to the manager she was the worse part of my experience. She does not have listening skills she's rude and cuts you off and has no compassion nor Empathy. If I could have given no star and a comment I would. I have been to several Mint locations and Grand Prairie never has to worry about me coming back. Please send the Grand Prairie Manager back to training as you have to treat all your patient with respect and at least act like you care about our issues or complaints. After all without patients in your office you would not have a job. I was inconvenience and she treated me as if I did something to her. Again worst patient experience I have ever encountered.
