        I had a Britney Spears themed bday party and I couldn't ask for anything more amazing than what Boulevard Events created. Zandra came and slayed. The ballon decorations were so beautiful, I kept them up for a month ; )

        Zandra with Boulevard Events did an outstanding job at our event. I asked her opinion on decor that could step our event up a notch and i believe she did just that! We loved the big marquee letters and balloon display she got for us. looking forward to working with Zandra in the future!
