Integrated Foundation Solution (IFS) was recommended to me by a Structural Engineering company who inspected my foundation after a foundation company had quoted me an exorbitant price for adding piers. The engineer said I didn't need piers, I needed some drainage work and recommended IFS. IFS sent me a reasonable quote for the work the engineer proposed, but I wanted them to review the scope before starting the work. Schaun met me at the property and made adjustments to the scope and quote and performed the work not too long after. I had a few questions after installation and they called with answers. The drainage work stopped the water from coming into the building, but we still had problems with the foundation so I called them to get a quote for foundation repairs. Schaun came out again and told me I don't need them! He recommended a different company who can provide a cheaper solution. He could have easily cheated me, but didn't. They are my go-to foundation guys from now on! Leah in the office is always pleasant and helpful.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. This company is not helpful at all with foundation issues. They will make you wait till the very last minute to try to reason you on any foundation repairs so that you wait and take their word for it to settle and by then your warranty will expire costing more $$$$ for you in the long run. Frustrating to deal with Leah, the receptionist, doesnt return calls or passes along any messages to Schaun or anyone in the company with authority. Do your business elsewhere. New homeowners, STAY AWAY!!!!!
