        I loved that this hotel was semi-private and very quiet, but still very close to many restaurants and stores. The price was also extremely affordable and the customer service from every employee I encountered was outstanding!

        Mrs Betty, Mrs Danielle and my clean room were beyond my expectation. I felt the warm welcome as soon as I entered the comfort suites. I will definitely be back in the future. A clean getaway for sure!!!

        Absolutely not impressed. The hotel knows check time is at 1500. Why do you have 1 Rep at the Reception with long lines waiting? You understand your guests are already pissed off after traveling all day.

        The scents emanating from fellow travelers (and long empty elevators) strangely coincided with droopy eyes and smiling faces. One shouldn't have to sacrifice their budget to avoid exposure to such experiences by selecting higher priced accommodations.

      Dear Guest, We appreciate your business and your feedback. Please understand, not always there is a long line of guests at 3 PM. The rush timings are very uncertain. Sometimes there may not be any rush until late night or late PM hours for a check inn, sometimes there may already be rush for a check inn beginning 12 PM. Retail service business rush is very uncertain. We understand, you may have been tired and wanting rest in your cozy rooms ASAP. This is why sometimes on Airports there is a long wait and long lines and sometimes there are no lines at all. We hope you understand. Best Wishes..
