So hard to find a trustworthy and quality business thats able to come out but I am so glad I came across Black Tie Plumbing and Jason and Tyler. First, I was able to connect with a great representative going over the details and setting up an appointment time. I then would get periodic updates prior to the appointment as well. Once Jason was there, he was able to give me a fair price and communicate the issue found and go over the details at the end. I am so glad I found a local business that is honest, straighforward, and communicative. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to

I set up a time with the front office. I asked if there was any up front cost. Her reply was No. After we made the appointment and I let the owner know they called back and said there would be a fee to come out. The fee wasnt the problem, it was going back on their word after we scheduled the appointment.
