I live in Keller Tx. they came out on time and diagnoised the problem and explained my options and came up with a plan. Started the work fixed the problem. I was worried they would have to tear up my driveway but no. thank goodness. McBride & Sons will always be are go too>

I had McBride Plumbing come out to address a backup i had in my lateral sewer line. I was told that there was a break in the pipe & roots were growing in, also told that the PVC pipe used for the lateral during the home's construction wasn't thick enough for the job and would need to be entirely replaced (I was given a ballpark figure of about $5k for the repair). I had a second plumber come to inspect the line when the backup returned a week later. It turns out there were no breaks in my lateral line, nothing was wrong with the thickness of pipe, and obstruction was in the city's section of the sewer rather than mine. Public works then came out to clear their section of pipe and run a camera up into my lateral line, and they confirmed there were no breaks and that nothing was wrong with the pipes once the obstruction was cleared. I won't be using their services anymore. Service: Drain cleaning

With plumbers being in short supply due to the winter storm, we consider ourselves lucky that McBride Plumbing was able to add us to their schedule two days after the frozen pipe in our kitchen burst. Wess and his assistant arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. As we ran a test, two more pipes in the garage burst. The team fixed those as well. I would not second guess myself whether it was a good idea to turn on the water when temperatures were freezing. After not having water supply for two days and knowing that plumbers were overwhelmed with calls, I would rather find out if there were other problems while the team was present than deal with a few more days of not having water until temperatures go above freezing to turn the water back on. Notable observations: 1) When the team arrived, they put on mud protectors over their shoes to avoid bringing dirt and mud to the house. Even as they were coming in and out, there was a sincere effort to not dirty the house. 2) Wess did not mind answering a lot of our questions and he answered them very candidly. We were also told by the claims adjuster that what they charged us was about the average and was reasonable. Highly recommend! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak detection
