This company has been terrible to work with. We were promised shirts on a specific date and did not get them. Even went to the location to get answers after they would not answer our phone calls or e-mails and still got the complete run around. Had to cancel check and order elsewhere to get the items we needed on time for our event.

Had great service and something happened. I've gotten two orders incorrect while the first time they remade correctly and shipped the second time I've waited 8 weeks and I'm still waiting on the correct order. We have two grand openings coming up and my rep wont return my calls, emails etc. The company is giving me the run around about my order I place over 8 weeks ago. I'm switching vendors and pretty disappointed that no one has communicated with me on my orders. I've called and called, finally spoke to someone who really didn't have much to say to help me. Sounds like they are going through a massive change which would have been good to know as one of their customers.

We have used Blue Moose Tees for the last six years for all of our t-shirts and sweatshirts. They use quality materials, have an excellent design team and shipments arrive quickly! All of their customer service reps are excellent at their jobs. Haley has been an outstanding help on multiple orders throughout this school year.
