Walked in and girl behind the counter just looked at me and back to her phone. No greeting, no help and no customer service.

Upon walking into this location no one acknowledged me and when I asked for help it seemed like I was bothering the workers. Good selection bad customer service. DTLR is an urban store and thats even more of a reason to beat the standard. Acknowledging customers and lending help is a basic aspect of customer service.

I called in the store last night about a pair of shoes I returned and needed back. After being informed that the shoe was still in the store, I was told to come in the morning as the manager was going to be there to complete the transaction. I called not too long before they closed. I came into the store the next day at 11:20, only 20 minutes after they opened, only to be informed that the shoes were sold and shipped to a new customer. After going back and forth with the salesperson, we left the establishment with no way forward. Mind you, the salesperson that I called was the one who opened the next morning, so he knew I was coming back for the shoe.
