    My water filtration system was not running properly and had stopped putting out the proper amount of water at the kitchen sink. Crystal Clear went someone out right away and they replaced the tank and got me back up and running right away. They also upgraded my service plan so in the future I wouldnt have to pay for labor when a technician has to come out for a service call which I was happy to do. My technician was in and out quickly and got the job done. Im really glad to have my water back.     Friendly and prompt service to transfer my existing system to a new location. Only bummer was their preliminary inspection wasn't thorough enough, so we had to halt the install, book a plumber, and then reschedule the install a week later.     I am a disabled veteran and In researching this company, it appears they have not been established very long, and have only been operational since 2019. The issue I have with them is that, prior to them taking over to provide service maintenance to Clear Concepts customers, Clear Concept were conducting their own quarterly services to customers, and in my opinion without any issues as their techs were very professional; came in conduct the water maintenance service ; explained about the water color etc; then left. I recently was informed by Your Water Matters that Clear Concept closed their doors in August 2020; of which this was not conveyed to me (customer). Meanwhile, I had been receiving like clock work my quarterly maintenance service with no problems, up until the inclement weather caused many homeowners with water issues and freezing pipes to call in requesting services. I was already on the scheduled for my quarterly maintenance service earlier this month, but due to work schedule conflicts, my appt was rescheduled to Feb 19, 2021. All of a sudden due to the inclement weather, I received a text from Your Water Matters stating that is was too dangerous for their techs to be on the roads, so they cancelled all customers appts that were scheduled on the 16th; 17 & 19th to 3/1st. Mind you, all this happened during the time I was suppose to have received my quarterly service; of which, I still have not received. So I agreed to 3/st. However, in the meantime, I had poured the remaining 2 bags of my Solar salt in my tank; not knowing that it was going to be difficult for me to purchase more salt since other people had purchasing the water softener salts for their @$%%* driveways. Anyway, when I contact Your Waters Matters to see if they could come out sooner, since now my system had back flowed and water was beginning to build up in my tank, it was suggested to me to scoop the water out with a pot until someone can get to me. AGAIN, THIS IS DURING MY QUARTERLY SERVICE; OF WHICH I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED. But because I asked for them to come out sooner, I received a text telling me there will be $89 trip charge and labor is $95 hrly however, I would be billed in 15 min increments and if they are at my home for a half-hour it would be the trip fee plus $47.50... I responded and told them that was incorrect as I am due for my quarterly maintenance service which was rescheduled 2x snf that it is not my problem nor my fault that my quarterly maintenance service happened to be around the same time we're having inclement freezing weather, but I am still due my quarterly maintenance service and without any additional fee or changes. @$%% I pay $39.95 monthly to have quarterly maintenance service and this is the response I receive from them. In my opinion, this company has not been in business very long and it shows. I have tried telephoning several times to 4 of their numbers and to no prevail, as I keep receiving a recorder to leave a msg; of which I have; however, it comes a point when a customer wants to speak to an actual person. I will be discontinuing any future service(s) from this company as they are useless; unprofessional; and lack the appropriate knowledge to conduct quarterly water maintenance service. Finally, since I cannot reach anyone other than via text; this is my final request I AM REVOKING ALL FUTURE BANK/ DEBIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS AS YOUR SERVICES ARE NO LONGER NEEDED! THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PERMISSION NOR ANY AUTHORIZATIONS TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT NOW NOR IN THE FUTURE!!
