        We booked a 5 night stay here while visiting family. I asked for clean towels 3 times and never got any. We finally bought our own. I had to ask for trash bags finally to take out our trash because after asking for 2 consecutive days and being promised my room would be "refreshed" it never happened. Clearly I didn't expect much from a hotel in Gun Barrel City, but I think getting clean towels and having the trash taken out are the bare minimum. Might be ok to stay here if you just need a place to lay your head, just don't count on being comfortable unless you buy your own pillows, towels, and blankets.
