    These people are a total lie, they deceive you, they tell you that after filling out the application you can move into the apartment today and after you already pay and fill out your application, they tell you that you have to wait and they make you wait since you don't have any, and they also tell you that You can use the pools and the area to grill but in reality they are useless and they are closed. In my experience, before getting involved with these people, it is better to check around there are better options and newer houses.

    Okay first off when I first moved in the tub and the stove was nasty and dirty, as shown on the pictures posted! Last week my A/C went out or has not been working , I have been calling the office everyday for maintenance to come fix it. Yesterday when I called the office a lady answered saying they have over 15 units without A/C at the moment so I am not the only one. First off mam are you proud of that ? That is not something to brag about , we live in Texas where it gets hot and yall have over 15 units without A/C but sit in the office all day trying to get more people to move in vs working on the units for the residents you currently have its CRAZY. I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old and have to go stay at a hotel now and waste money but I bet you on the first of the month they are going to want rent on time. Do not move here if you want to be comfortable, its definitely not a comfortable setting and its always shootings going on and random people walking around in the apartment complex that do not live here. Yall can do what yall want and move where yall want but if you ever see good advise you should take it and DO NOT MOVE HERE !

    I came home Thursday of last week to see my clothes rack in my closet fell. All my clothes on the floor. I put in a maintenance ticket & guess what...rack is still on the floor. Maintenance has NOT even come to my unit to fix....UGH, can't wait to move out of this place.

    So frustrating that I cant get ahold of the front office. I dont want to call 911 for noise complaint or concern for my neighbor doing suspicious activity. I would like to get it handled through my apartment so nobody gets in serious trouble but these people dont do their damn jobs. My other neighbor has a dog that barks for hours and it sounds aggressive but better than my neighbor who has people over through all hours of the night coming and going from the apartment obviously doing something suspicious.
