The outside Mold is prevalent along the window seals and building; When I walked in the building No Maintenances or Up keep. Again, Mold from the front door to the Elevator and inside the Elevator; Paint was used to Cover the Mold and that was Poorly Done; Laundry room dirty and 99.9% of the time Only One Machine Works; Rats and Roaches are prevalent and Beall Village Property Management should take time to look into these Allegations has they stuff there pockets with these Elders Low Income Checks.

Phone reception sucks, elevator fells like a death trap, the stars are very junky the air conditioning is on all year round the maintenance steals from the elderly people when they are gone management is very inconsiderate to the needs of the seniors there if you don't have your door key sometimes the residents won't let you in and they my know you or know why your there some residents think that they are the security guard sometimes the hallways Have a strong urine oder the manager leaves early every day things barely get fixed around there all the residents sit out in the front building gossiping about everyone that walks up and they talk about people behind there backs all the old men are pervs the woman are like cackling hens these mfs even tip toe to your door and ear hustle.

Absolutely The worst place in Houston, Bed Bugs, Roaches, Mice, Repairs never get fixed or partially fixed, unclean and always has a terrible odor.! The windows are nail shut so there's no ventilation to get fresh air. Mold everywhere ! Laundry room appliances half work, no filters over AC Vents . Over 20 death's. Should Rename Death Village.
