The Park At San Vicente

Whew chileeeeee there is so much to say with so little spaceDO NOT MOVE HERE (MOLD ISSUE) the staff was nice to me however the owners were very poor in assisting residents. While living here I posted a review but deleted it because I was moving and didnt want the staff to retaliate & the office manager personally called me and asked me to remove it. During the winter storm the unit above me pipes burst close to Christmas i lost everything and no emergency personnel came out to shut off water until days later. New years passed nothing was fixed, repairs didnt start til mid January. Previous to the flood I experience mold in my sons lien closet that they just repainted over however the flood revealed severe mold in the walls. Thank god I was working from home and was there to witness it because they would have just repatched it all. Not to mention the rent was going up with no upgrades to the units, I enjoyed living here the quality of the unit was extremely poor beyond what meets the eye. There was leaks from the walls as well ! This was unit 703

Moved in the end of February and Im definitely loving it here . Very calm and peaceful and always making sure that each of there tenants are satisfied . Also they have a great maintenance team they are amazing !

I was looking at 3 other complexes when my Grand daughter reminded me she has lived over a year at The Park at San Vicente. I had visited her there several times and love the location, easy access to major shopping, clean and friendly residents whether there day or night. The office staff was clear re details regarding renting, verified all information I shared and showed what I think is the perfect location and unit for me and my family. I would recommend The Park at San Vicente to anyone who wants to feel safe, have good neighbors and good property management. Thanks for All to the staff that helped meVeVe
