Sell My Car Anytime

I sold my car to this guy 2 years ago. He fixed it and sold it to some lady without transfering the title in his name, she called me and says i need you to sign this paper work sayin you sold me the car i said no go back to him. I called him he said " i dont deal with titles" long story short he never did the right thing when he sold the car to someone eles. Today i got a toll road ticket for the car i sold 2 years ago to him dont buy, sell or do buisness with him. Everytime i call him he gets agressive and hangs up

They came by and threw two of these in my driveway. I should not have to come home and pick up trash because they want to advertise if I wanted to sell anything I would look up a place and call them.
