Irresponsible and lying business. Called for an estimate for broken glass door. They estimated $500 for glass and labor offered to come out same day for more exact measurements which is great but did not provide time. I presumed as a responsible normal business they would at least call on the way or well coordinate by text further. His worker showed up when no one was home, didnt knock on door, didnt call, just broke into our back yard gate that was latched AND blocked by cinder block. The broken door was 100% taped all around to keep the shattered glass from spilling. The worker untaped it to measure and didnt tape back. Our house was burglarized multiple times, with entry through back gate so you could imagine my concern coming home to strange truck parked in middle of 2 parking spots and wide open gates. We have cameras all around house showing he just helped himself into our property. Later that evening we realized he didnt tape plastic back when half the glass spilled out onto our patio with pieces into our dogs dishes. My husband had to go get a shop vac to clean it up and I cut my foot trying to clean it in dark. When I texted the owner to let them know what happened they never responded. Next day I get an invoice for $779 because they forgot to quote for correct glass thickness. The quote was an invoice for full price just double pane glass, no size, no thickness, no terms or warranty. Only a button to pay full amount up front. When I asked the owner if we could please get an invoice with a little more detail, which is not at all unreasonable , he lied to me that his worker got hurt and they wont do any work for 3 weeks only measurements. That sounded unrealistic, because what business would shut down entirely for three weeks. I just called him from a different number, asking for a window replacement, and he magically offered to come out and replace it the same day. Weve had bad experiences with contractors before, but this is a new low.

These guys are incredible!! They replaced a broken double pane window in my house the same day I called at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them for all of my future glass repairs.

Based on my experience with Texas Glass Company I can highly recommend them as a reliable company to get your window glass replaced. Im told they have other glass services as well.
