Do me a favor and don't come here. Their milk teas are ok, and my wife always sends me here but I really don't want to support this place. Here are all the bad things about the place: - never pick up the phone for questions about hours/ordering - large is 1.25 extra, regular cup is more like a mini - cashier people never get my order right, sealed vs non-sealed, substituting boba for another topping without extra cost - no ice cost extra - cashier attitude when I ask them to fix my order that they didn't listen and get correctly -not even recognized as an official franchise from Taiwan I've never been to a boba place that didn't offer to fix something when they mess up (some will even remake the drink if it's not to your liking). XFT goes out of their way to make your experience miserable and argue and fight tooth and nail not to fix your drink. If it weren't for my pregnant wife's cravings I'd never step foot in this place.

This is the best boba you can get in America right now. This location is not up to the standards of the California or NYC locations, but is still better than anything else. Paying $1.00 extra for authentic handmade boba is a steal
